Phone the Surgery if you require your COVID BOOSTER or Flu Vaccination, we have clinics planned and we can offer dates.
Please phone the surgery after 2pm. DO NOT phone before this as we are extremely busy in the mornings.
This COVID BOOSTER vaccine can only be administered if you have had the 2nd dose 6months ago.
Please clink on the link below where you can find information on how to book other COVID Vaccinations.
The times for this clinic are very exact as you will need to sit for 15 minutes after this vaccination.
Do not enter the building before your allocated time – we will be very strict in managing this due to the numbers we aim to vaccinate on this day.
The Surgery door is now open for people to come into the waiting area for preplanned appointments or to collect items. Space is limited to 3 seats - No more than 5 people in the Surgery waiting area at anytime. You must wear a mask at all times - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
There is now a new system for ordering repeat prescriptions.
Prescriptions can be ordered online.
We operate a 72 hour repeat prescription collection protocol.
Details of your medications are held on our computer system. Your medication will be reviewed and you will be required to attend at intervals for tests/check-ups.
In addition to ordering repeats online, you may place your order, in exceptional circumstances only:
Please use the Repeat Prescription Request Form on the right hand side of your last prescription. We can then post out your prescription, pass it on to a nominated chemist on your behalf, or hold on to it in the surgery until it is collected.
Also, to avoid excessive ordering of prescriptions, we can issue a balancing script so that all items fall due for re-ordering at the same time.
Urgent prescriptions, eg. as requested in a hospital letter, are available on request from Reception within 24 hours.
Please allow 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
