Online prescription ordering.

You can no longer order repeat prescriptions through this website. 
Please contact the Surgery to arrange registration for the new service - Patient Services.

You need to register with the Practice to access this service – once registered you will be given information to enable you to create your username and password.

It is very simple to set up and access.

Please click on the link below to access the form, which you can then print off and complete and drop into the Black Post Box in the Lobby.

Prescription Ordering.

We will not accept telephone requests for Prescriptions.

This is unacceptable as the phone calls into the Surgery are for URGENT calls only.

Please allow 72 hours for your request to be processed excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you have placed an Prescription order with the Surgery and you have not received your prescription, please always check with your nominated pharmacy first.

In addition to ordering repeats online, you may place your order:

• By post
• By leaving it in the Black Post Box in the lobby

Please use the Repeat Prescription Request Form on the right hand side of your last prescription.

We can then prepare your prescription for collection at your nominated pharmacy after 72 hours.

Urgent prescriptions, eg. as requested in a hospital letter, are available on request from Reception after 24 hours.
